Animals have a way of bringing smiles to human faces and turning up the heat on human hearts. More than likely, you know a furred, feathered, finned or scaled friend that is near and dear to your heart.

Pet medications and pet prescriptions are treatments for pets that improve the quality of a pet’s health. Medications can be purchased “over the counter” (OTC) or with a prescription from the veterinarian.

It is very important to always read and exactly follow label directions. Many medications are intended for use in certain species only, and potentially serious problems could result if given to the wrong animal or at too high of a dose.
